Wikijournal wants to be a "small newspaper" for each corner of France with the same services provided by a local newspaper: free ads, events, directory, content article.

Starting from this simple idea, I built with the client the website structure to make it easy to use and convenient to find informations. Each section is done in the same way: a form to add data accessible to everyone and inertnal dynamic search engine to find elements. All contents are geolocalized to show a map where the event occurs for example.

Some ad slots were created to let Wikijournal sell advertisement targeted in some sections, but also for some parts of France.

To increase the referencement of all the website contents, RSS feed and sitemaps –updated daily– have been created to indicate to the search engine more than 10.000 pages.
